Peanut Butter Mug Cake


Yes, I took this photo while I was eating :p When I was already two-thirds of the way finished. One thing I have to say about this is...Don't be afraid of peanut butter! It's really okay :) this recipe only has one teaspoon anyway. And it's not powdered peanut butter this time.

Ingredients and calories:

6 tsp of whole wheat flour (51)

5 tbsp of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (9)

1 LEVEL tsp of peanut butter, no sugar added (33)

3 tsp of sucralose or other zero calorie sweetener (0)

1/2 tsp of baking powder (2)

Total calories: 95

Makes one serving.

Combine all ingredients into a medium to large sized mug (stir in the peanut butter last). Microwave for 2 minutes and enjoy!

P.S. Don't compare yourself to Naomi Campbell, ever ;)
