A HUGE Mug Cake

This is so exciting!! A low calorie cake that's also delicious and a huge serving!!?!?! That's right :)

Ingredients and calories:

4 tbsp of whole wheat flour (~102)

6 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce (~38)

1/2 tsp of baking powder (0)

2 packets of monk fruit or other zero calorie sweetener (0)

1/2 tsp of cinnamon (3)

Total calories (makes one serving): ~143

Mix the flour and applesauce together in a mug. Make sure it's mixed thoroughly. Mix in the baking powder, sweetener, and cinnamon. Microwave for 2 minutes and let sit for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
