6. Be aware of how much fat and sugar you're consuming.

7. Replace sugar with natural sweeteners like stevia or monk fruit.

8. Don't needlessly snack. Grab a zero calorie naturally sweetened soda, some coffee, or a bottle of kombucha.

9. Eat healthy fats, like a handful of nuts or half of an avocado, everyday.

10. Don't just do cardio. Throw in some strength training and toning exercises as well.
