Homemade Kale Chips

I haven't made these in such a long time but boy are they perfect when you want something crispy and salty. These kale chips are also super easy to make!
Ingredients and calories:
1 bundle of kale (~40)
1 tbsp of salt (0)
1 tbsp of dried sweet basil (~11)
1 tbsp of garlic powder (~32)
Total calories: ~83
Calories per serving (1/4 of total): ~21
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a couple baking trays with olive or coconut oil. Pull the kale apart into chip sized pieces and place onto the trays. Spray the kale with oil (let's say this is about 20 more calories). Sprinkle with salt, basil, and garlic powder and put in the oven for 5 minutes. This recipe also works for baby bok choy. Yum!
