A Savory Breakfast

I have been in love love love with egg whites ever since I went to the Naked Cafe in Carlsbad a few weeks ago. They have this amazing pesto egg white omelet plate for only 380 calories. Highly recommend. This dish isn't nearly as fancy, but it is warm and delicious.
Ingredients and calories:
6 tbsp of egg whites, I use All Whites (50)
1/2 stick of light string cheese (25)
1 tbsp of nutritional yeast (15)
Salt (0)
Pepper (0)
A few shakes of dried basil (~2)
A few sprays of olive or coconut oil (~10)
Veggie burger, I use Aldi brand (90)
Total calories (makes one serving): ~192
Spray a medium sized pan with cooking oil and pour in the egg whites. Once the egg whites start to become actually white, add the nutritional yeast and cheese on top. Fold the omelet in whatever way you like and shake the salt, pepper, and basil on top. Microwave the veggie burger for 60 seconds and serve alongside the omelet. The veggie burger is optional but it's a tasty addition to the omelet. I usually cut a piece of omelet and burger and eat them at the same time. Enjoy!
