A New Kind of Breakfast Hot Cereal

I am obsessed with hot cereal. I used to buy so many Cream of Wheat 100 calorie packets before I started making my own hot cereal. If you like creamy foods you're gonna love this.

Ingredients and calories:

1/2 cup of six grain oats or oats of choice (~160)

2 tsp of powdered peanut butter (~15)

2 tsp of monk fruit or other natural zero calorie sweetener (0)

Total calories (makes one serving): ~175

First off, grind the oats in a grinder (unless they're already ground). Then add in the powdered peanut butter, sweetener, and finally some hot water, enough to cover the top of the ground oats. Keep adding hot water until desired consistency. So easy!
