Nonfat Cottage Cheese with Mango

This is exactly what it sounds like: nonfat cottage cheese and mango chunks.
Ingredients and calories:
1/2 cup of nonfat cottage cheese (~140)
1/4 cup of frozen mango chunks (~27)
2 tsp of monk fruit or other natural sweetener (0)
Total calories: ~167
Makes one serving.
Place the frozen mango into a separate cup and microwave for 45 to 60 seconds. Add it to the cottage cheese. Sprinkle sweetener on top and mix it up. Enjoy this healthy and delicious breakfast!
