No Crust Pumpkin Pie

Love pumpkin pie but hate the calories and fat that come with it? Problem solved! This pumpkin "pie" is free of greasy, buttery crusts, dairy products, and unnecessary calories.
Ingredients and calories:
3 tbsp of pumpkin puree (20)
1 tbsp of unsweetened apple sauce (6)
1/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk + 5 more tbsp (17)
2-3 tbsp of stevia, monk fruit, or other natural zero calorie sweetener (0)
1 tsp of pumpkin pie spice (6)
A little less than 1/4 cup of quick oats (~75)
Optional: 1/8 cup of raisins (60)
Total calories: ~184
Makes one serving.
Mix the pumpkin puree, apple sauce, 1/4 cup of almond milk, sweetener, raisins, and spice together in a small bowl. Sprinkle the oats on top and drizzle the 5 tbsp of almond milk over them to soften. Microwave for 1.5 to 2 minutes. Enjoy!
