Banana Ice Cream (no dairy!)

This tastes just like the real thing and is low carb and vegan friendly!
Ingredients and calories:
3 browning bananas (315)
3 tbsp of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (6)

Calories per serving (out of 3 servings): 107
Cut the bananas into pieces, place into a Ziploc bag, and freeze over night. The following day place the banana chunks and almond milk into a blender and blend until you get a creamy consistency. Voila!
You can also mix other fruits, like blueberries or strawberries, into this ice cream or throw in some cocoa powder or peanut butter powder.
